1、罗茨风机是一种容积式鼓风机。罗茨风机通过一对转子的“啮合”将进气口隔开,转子由一对同步齿轮传动,做反方向运动,将吸入的气体压缩并从吸气口推至排气口。气体到达排气口的瞬间,因排气侧高压气体的回流而被加压提升压力,从而完成气体输送。

2、离心风机是利用高速旋转的叶轮将气体加速,使动能转换成势能(压力),从而完成气体输送的。

3、罗茨风机与离心风机的工作原理不同,风机的基本结构也不相同。

4、离心风机是根据动能转换为势能的原理,利用高速旋转的叶轮将气体加速,然后减速、改变流向,使动能转换成势能(压力)。在单级离心风机中,气体从轴向进入叶轮,气体流经叶轮时改变成径向,然后进入扩压器。在扩压器中,气体改变了流动方向造成减速,这种减速作用将动能转换成压力能。压力增高主要发生在叶轮中,其次发生在扩压过程。在多级离心风机中,用回流器使气流进入下一叶轮,产生更高压力。

In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, changes to the radial direction when it flows through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes the flow direction and causes deceleration, which converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. The pressure increase mainly occurs in the impeller, and secondly in the diffusion process. In a multistage centrifugal fan, a reflux device is used to make the air flow enter the next impeller to generate higher pressure.
