亞馬遜大規模封店,錢貨被扣沒商量!跨境電商,不!要!刷!單!

2月14日,除夕前一天,對大多數中國人來說,正在準備歡歡喜喜過年,但對部分跨境電商而言,真如晴天霹靂——無論輸入密碼、找回密碼,都無法登陸亞馬遜賬戶了!亞馬遜在無任何事先預告的情況下,突然關閉大量中國賣家賬號,并且是最嚴重的處理方式:號注銷,錢不退,貨不退,申訴很可能不被受理!
亞馬遜在郵件中稱:If we determine that a seller account was used to engaged in fraud or other illegal activity, we may permanently withhold payment. Therefore, we do not plan to transfer any funds to you.(一旦我們確定賣家賬戶存在欺詐或其他違法行為,我們可能會永久扣留貨款。因此,我們也不會將資金轉移給您。)
賣家的申訴有極大可能性是無用功,亞馬遜說:We may not respond to further emails about this issue.(我們可能不會再對該事件進行回復)據亞馬遜總部工作人員透露,大部分被封賬號后臺已經默認任何申訴將被駁回。
郵件全文是這樣的:
Hello,
We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.com. Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide details on our investigation methods.
If we determine that a seller account was used to engage in fraud or other illegal activity, we may permanently withhold payments. Therefore, we do not plan to transfer any funds to you. We may not respond to further emails about this issue.

一時間亞馬遜賣家哀聲一片:



當然也有賣家對亞馬遜此舉表示理解:

為什么封號?據稱,有刷單、刷評、刷Feedback的,一個都跑不掉(可能有小部分是誤傷)。這次是安全小組人工比對收貨地址、電話、賬單地址、付款賬號、IP,等等一系列信息,據說先是拉黑買家信息,這個買家購買記錄中賣家按交易比例處罰。如果同時有多名刷單買家被拉黑,又同時出現在這個店鋪,就封店。
這一事件的導火索是美媒對于亞馬遜刷單的報道發酵。美國三大全國性商業廣播電視網之一CBS(哥倫比亞廣播公司)前段時間播出了有關于亞馬遜刷單的新聞,其中提到,部分民眾在自己沒有進行任何購買的情況下,收到了來自亞馬遜平臺的貨物,甚至有買家展示出來數十個包裹。他們并不認為這是占了便宜,反而對自己的信息泄露非常不滿。





亞馬遜官方對此的回應是:
將調查所有這樣來歷未明的包裹,如果發現供應商或評論者濫用review系統,亞馬遜將關閉其賬戶。

緊接著年后上班又來一棒:2月23日,亞馬遜大規模給賣家發警告郵件“Policy Warning”:
Hello,
We are contacting you because you appear to have violated the policies of "Misuse of ratings, feedback, or reviews", "Misuse of sales rank", "Misuse of Search and Browse" on our site. Prohibited behaviors on Amazon.com include, but are not limited to:
?Hiring 3rd parties to try to improve ASIN rank and/or reviews
?Sending packages to addresses where the recipient does not order or expect them
?Soliciting or accepting false or fraudulent orders
?Placing orders for your own products
?Compensating buyers for purchasing your products (including claim codes)
If this conduct continues, you will not be eligible to sell on Amazon.com. To learn more about this policy, we encourage you to review the “Misuse of Sales Rank”, “Misuse of Search and Browse” and “Misuse of sales rank” sections of the “Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions” page in Seller Central Help

根據警告郵件,“濫用評級、反饋或評論”、“濫用銷售級別”、“濫用搜索和瀏覽”,雇用第三方提高排名,將包裹發送到收件人未訂購的地址、索評、購買自己產品等行為,都會導致賬號被封!
不過不要過分擔憂,亞馬遜官方客服對此回應說:“很多賣家都有收到警告信,這是我們相關團隊發的提醒郵件,有則改之無則加勉,未存在違規操作的賣家無需擔憂?!?/span>
半個月之內,亞馬遜連出重錘,可見其整頓網站的決心是十分堅決的,跨境電商賣家朋友們也可以掂量一下,是不是還要冒著這么大風險去刷單?
